Hello everyone. My name is Andra and my goal is to help you lose weight and get fit by sharing my experiences and what I believe works (and what doesn’t!). Just remember, losing weight should not be your primary goal, fitness and health is what matters the most.
Of course, shortcuts seem appealing, you want to lose as much weight as possible as fast as possible! It’s normal, we all want that! But there is no magic pill, losing weight fast is not sustainable or healthy. So if you want to lose 5 stones in a month I can tell you right now it’s not realistic, unless you lose a leg..or both. You also don’t want to put that amount of pressure on you. Set yourself realistic goals, short-term and long-term!
